No.1平臺保護(hù)性公告

考慮到此次疫情的發(fā)展，大部分工廠和賣家無法于初七恢復(fù)正常營業(yè)。平臺特此發(fā)布公告更新以下幾項(xiàng)內(nèi)容：

? 平臺決定將延長備貨期至2月10日，在此期間不計(jì)算備貨期，自2月11日開始計(jì)算。

? 平臺將取消對1月26日-2月10日成交不賣訂單的處罰。切記，如不能確保有效發(fā)貨期內(nèi)發(fā)貨，不要填寫虛假發(fā)貨單號，虛假發(fā)貨正常接受處罰。

? 由于疫情導(dǎo)致部分地區(qū)物流、供應(yīng)鏈?zhǔn)艿揭欢ㄓ绊懀瑸橹С制脚_賣家渡過難關(guān)，平臺決定暫不進(jìn)行2020年1月份的商戶服務(wù)評級考核（即2月5日評級考核暫停），賣家權(quán)益以當(dāng)前考核結(jié)果為準(zhǔn)。后續(xù)考核時間另行通知，請關(guān)注公告。

No.2買家售后

2月1日之后，請務(wù)必安排客服人員解答買家咨詢、售后服務(wù)相關(guān)問題，如遇到難以回答的糾紛問題，可以與線上客服進(jìn)行咨詢，敦煌網(wǎng)客服人員會協(xié)助解決。

No.3無法發(fā)貨的訂單

關(guān)于無法發(fā)貨的訂單，請務(wù)必在2月10日之前主動聯(lián)系買家，積極與買家溝通，爭取延期發(fā)貨和買家諒解。如果買家不同意延期發(fā)貨，建議直接退款給買家，成交不賣訂單免處罰。切記，務(wù)必不要填寫虛假單號。

No.4商品及時下架

還請盡快完成在售架上商品的盤點(diǎn)，如供應(yīng)鏈或者物流原因不能及時發(fā)貨，建議先將商品進(jìn)行下架，避免后期產(chǎn)生更多糾紛。
