在上一次賣家發布會中，eBay承諾他們將允許賣家可以在買方點擊“‘Ask the seller a question”時提供賣家的電話號碼。如下圖所示：

據賣家反饋，該功能已經在eBay上顯示了，只是默認是不開啟的，想要使用這個功能的賣家可以到eBay設置中的“Manage your buyers”，勾選開啟使用，并確保填寫了正確的客戶支持電話號碼。

eBay警告稱，他們不會一直顯示賣家的號碼，顯示的時間長短將據客戶反饋的具體情況來定。但是，如果賣家沒有確認輸入的電話號碼是正確的，該功能默認是不開啟的，所以請到設置中確認正確后開啟使用。
