No.1平臺保護性公告
考慮到此次的發展,大部分工廠和賣家無法于初七恢復正常營業。平臺特此發布公告更新以下幾項內容:
? 平臺決定將延長備貨期至2月10日,在此期間不計算備貨期,自2月11日開始計算。
? 平臺將取消對1月26日-2月10日成交不賣訂單的處罰。切記,如不能確保有效發貨期內發貨,不要填寫虛假發貨單號,虛假發貨正常接受處罰。
? 由于疫情導致部分地區物流、供應鏈受到一定影響,為支持平臺賣家渡過難關,平臺決定暫不進行2020年1月份的商戶服務評級考核(即2月5日評級考核暫停),賣家權益以當前考核結果為準。后續考核時間另行通知,請關注公告。

No.2買家售后
2月1日之后,請務必安排客服人員解答買家咨詢、售后服務相關問題,如遇到難以回答的糾紛問題,可以與線上客服進行咨詢,敦煌網客服人員會協助解決。
No.3無法發貨的訂單
關于無法發貨的訂單,請務必在2月10日之前主動聯系買家,積極與買家溝通,爭取延期發貨和買家諒解。如果買家不同意延期發貨,建議直接退款給買家,成交不賣訂單免處罰。切記,務必不要填寫虛假單號。
No.4商品及時下架
還請盡快完成在售架上商品的盤點,如供應鏈或者物流原因不能及時發貨,建議先將商品進行下架,避免后期產生更多糾紛。
